Here is the new rules for admins on cs 1.6 server KISS.FULLBOOST.RO V.I.P FREE. This rules can guarantee the best moments and gameplay for everyone who choose our server. We will do the best place for play cs 1.6 with adequate admins which have full respect with all players in the server. Everyone who don't have 100% respect and break rules below, they don't have place for admin on our admin list. From latest server update all server log is activated and easy can be detect who break the rules. Server log will be checked and analyzed every day to prevent all kind of mistakes/bugs. Everyone who find something wrong on server or not feeling good with other players/admins can report to emoto2/IUBESC CS and fast we will take any adequate action. We can give bonus to everyone with successfully reports for players/admins. Admin/vip chat rules:     1.1 When you are killed by any reason is forbidden to help other alive players with standard chat or admin chat and saying player locations in map.     1.2 Is forbidden standard chat or admin chat spam with multiple messages non stop.     1.3 Is forbidden any kind of other servers/websites reclam. 2. Map change rules (amx_map, amx_mapmenu):     2.1 Is forbidden to change map multiple times non stop.     2.2 When you connect to server and not like current map is forbidden to change without any players notice. 3. Gag players rules:     3.1 Admin can gag players who spam and send multiple (10+) chat messages.     3.2 Admin can gag players who trying to promote or reclame other servers/websites.     3.3 Admin can gag players who send dirrect messages to him with any kind of insulting. If that insult is not directed to him they no need to take any actions.     3.4 Any other gag reason is totally forbidden! 4. Nick player change rules:     4.1 Admin can change players nickname if that nickname have any kind of server/website (ip, dns, web link) reclam.     4.2 Admin can change players nickname if that nickname insulting him with any reason.     4.3 Any other nickname change reason is totally forbidden! 5. Team change rules:     5.1 Admin can transfer self to which team they want to play. They can change player team only if that player want and noticed admin before.     5.2 If admin need to take photos from player, they can transfer this player to spectator team and explain him good what need to do.     5.3 Any other players transfer reason, will be wrong and totally forbidden! 6. Kick player rules:     6.1 Kick afk players from server is allowed when have more than exactly 6 people in spectator team. From 04:00h to 10:00h server time this kick reason is forbidden!     6.2 Kick players who cheating is allowed only after watching him enough time and you are 100% sure they using cheat. To prevent wrong player kick, you need to make demo or video when watching him. Demo or video can send to emoto2/IUBESC CS if we ask you. If on server have online admin with ban access (flag D) you can inform him and leave this work to him. On any case do not ask players to make and kind of scans or something other!     6.3 Any other kick reason is totally forbidden! 7. Ban players rules:     7.1    Ban players who cheating is allowed only after watching him enough time and you are 100% sure they using cheat. In case if you are not 100% sure, please watching more time or make photos and explain good to that player to send you. To prevent wrong player bans, you need to make demo or video when watching him. Demo or video can send to emoto2/IUBESC CS if we ask you. On any case do not ask players to make and kind of scans or something other!     7.2 Cheater players need to be banned from amx_sbmenu by steam id. In case if not seen the cheater name on amx_sbmenu, then can ban him from amx_banip or amx_banmenu commands by ip. If there are cheaters who change steam id or ip non stop, please inform emoto2.     7.3 If server have bots attack, (many fake bots with fake names join and fill the server) you can ban him by ip (amx_banip, amx_banmenu, or amx_addban) or contact to emoto2/IUBESC CS.     7.4 Any other ban reason is totally forbidden! 8. Slap/slay rules:     8.1 Admin can slap players who waiting or camping with bomb, (or not going to hostages).     8.2 Admin can slay players who moving near bombsite and not planting the bomb only because they not understand the gameplay of cs.     8.3 Any other slap/slay reason is totally forbidden!
